At Zest Pilates, all of our classes are open to all levels, offering a dynamic and engaging workout every time you step into the studio. Each week, we mix up the class styles to keep things fresh and challenge your body in different ways. From jump board sessions to circuit intervals and strength-focused fit classes, there’s always something new to explore.

Don’t worry—you’ll still find your favourite moves woven into every session, alongside plenty of progressions and layers to suit your individual needs and mood. Each 50-minute class includes a warm-up, a variety of Pilates exercises, and a relaxing cool-down, ensuring a well-rounded experience.

We finish every session with three deep, grounding breaths to leave you feeling centred, refreshed, and ready for whatever comes next.

Baby Friendly Class

FOCUS: STRENGTH, STABILITY & CONFIDENCE

At Zest Pilates, we warmly welcome mums, dads, and caregivers to our baby-friendly classes. These special sessions are designed so you can enjoy a rejuvenating workout while having your little one by your side. We offer two dedicated classes per week where babies are welcome, ensuring a supportive environment for parents. And if you don’t have a baby, you’re still more than welcome to join, just know that there may be little ones around. It’s all about community and flexibility!

Private Reformer Classes

Our 50-minute Private Reformer classes at Zest Pilates are tailored to meet your specific needs and goals, whether you’re new to Pilates, managing an injury, or looking to advance your practice. With personalized one-on-one instruction, you’ll receive expert guidance through exercises designed just for you, ensuring a safe, effective, and enjoyable session. These classes are ideal for building confidence, refining technique, and achieving your personal fitness objectives at your own pace.
